MEDICARE - GP Management Plan (EPC)
A rebate from Medicare may be available if your GP places you on a GP Management Plan (GPMP) (formally – EPC Program). Under the GPMP, Medicare rebates are available for patients with chronic and complex care needs on referral from their GP. Patients are entitled to up to 5 allied health services per calendar year. Exercise Physiology is fully bulk billed. For Osteopathy, there is a rebate of $63.80, you will be out of pocket for the remainder of your appointment cost.
National disability insurance scheme (NDIS)
If you have a permanent or significant disability that affects your ability to manage everyday activities, you may be eligible for support through the NDIS. No Boundaries Health and Osteopathy provides NDIS services to help participants improve their movement, independence, strength and overall wellbeing. Contact our team to discuss your needs and available services.
Patients referred by their GP or specialist under a D904 referral may access clinically necessary Exercise Physiology and Osteopathy services through No Boundaries Health and Osteopathy. Eligible DVA clients can have their approved services billed directly to DVA by our clinic.
Department of veteran affairs (DVA)
Private health funds
Many private health funds recognise Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology and Remedial Massage services. We recommend checking with your private health fund to confirm your eligibility, rebate amount and level of cover, as benefits vary between providers and policies.
Workers compensation claim
Patients with an approved Workers Compensation or Compulsory Third Party (CTP) claim may be eligible to have their consultations billed directly to the relevant insurer. A referral from your GP or specialist and a current medical certificate may be required. Please contact No Boundaries Health and Osteopathy to discuss your claim and eligibility.
Aged Care or Support at Home package
Services may be funded through your Aged Care or Support at Home package, with billing arranged directly through your provider where applicable; please speak with your care provider to confirm your funding and eligibility.
