Our services
Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a hands-on allied health profession focused on treating musculoskeletal pain and improving movement. It looks at how your muscles, joints and nervous system work together, aiming to reduce pain, restore mobility and build long-term resilience.
At your appointment, your osteopath will take a detailed history, assess your movement and strength, explain what’s driving your symptoms, and provide tailored hands-on treatment. You’ll also receive practical advice and rehabilitation exercises to support lasting recovery — not just short-term relief.Dry needling and cupping may also be incorporated into your treatment when appropriate and requested, providing additional options to help relieve muscle tension, reduce discomfort and improve movement.
exercise physiology
Exercise physiology uses targeted, evidence-based exercise to treat injury, manage chronic conditions and rebuild strength safely. It focuses on improving movement capacity, reducing pain and restoring confidence through structured, goal-driven rehabilitation.
At your appointment, your exercise physiologist will assess your injury history, movement patterns, strength and functional capacity before developing an individualised program tailored to your goals.
We operate within a fully equipped commercial gym, allowing for practical, real-world strength and conditioning as part of your rehab. Our exercise physiologists are also qualified in dry needling, which may be incorporated where appropriate to support pain reduction and muscle function. We work from a fully equipped commercial gym and also offer home visits and hydrotherapy sessions, giving you flexible options to suit your lifestyle and needs.
Hydrotherapy
Our Exercise Physiologists use hydrotherapy as a gentle and effective way to help clients move more comfortably, recover from injury, and improve their overall strength and fitness. Exercising in warm water reduces pressure on the joints and muscles, making it a great option for people living with pain, recovering after surgery, managing chronic conditions, or getting back into exercise. Our exercise physiologists create personalised hydrotherapy programs designed to help you build confidence, improve mobility, and work towards your health goals in a safe and supportive environment. We perform our Hydrotherapy at Northern Beaches Leisure Centre in Burdell with access to a full depth 50m pool as well as a 25m half depth pool.
Remedial massage therapy
Remedial massage is a targeted, therapeutic treatment designed to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility and support recovery from injury or training load. It can assist with pain management, circulation, flexibility and overall movement quality.
Our remedial massage therapist brings over 10 years of clinical experience, working closely with our osteopaths and exercise physiologists to support your broader treatment plan. Dry needling and cupping may also be incorporated into your treatment when appropriate and requested, providing additional options to help relieve muscle tension, reduce discomfort and improve movement.
Your appointment will include a brief assessment of your symptoms and goals, followed by focused, hands-on treatment tailored to your needs. Whether you’re managing tightness, recovering from injury or maintaining performance, treatment is designed to complement your rehabilitation and keep you moving well.Frequently Asked Questions
