Louise marry
Dr. Louise Marry, hailing from Ireland, is our company director who has been an Osteopath for over 20 years. Louise takes a practical and holistic approach to helping her clients manage pain, improve mobility and return to the activities that they enjoy. Louise has a special interest working with DVA clients and prides herself on supporting veterans with personalised care. Outside of the clinic, Louise has a strong love for animals and is known to take in stray or two.
Owner and Osteopathrhein frank
Rhein Frank graduated as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in 2019 and is also a qualified Sports Nutritionist. Rhein is our Head Exercise Physiologist and Manager at No Boundaries Health. He has a strong interest in sports rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injury management, and strength and conditioning. Outside of work, Rhein enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog Franklin, and playing golf whenever he gets the chance.
Manager and Exercise Physiologist
Ryan is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who graduated from James Cook University in 2019 and has primarily worked in private practice. He has experience working with DVA and NDIS clients, with a strong interest in musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation and chronic pain management. Ryan also delivers group sessions including Pilates-based exercise and youth strength and conditioning, helping introduce safe resistance training and build long-term confidence in movement and physical activity.

Emma graduated from Murdoch University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Sports Science and a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Physiology. She has experience working across a range of clinical settings, including cardiac rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, metabolic disease management, and pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation. Emma has also supported clients through workers’ rehabilitation, helping individuals safely return to work while improving strength, function, and overall physical capacity.

Holly has a passion for helping individuals improve their confidence, physical function, and quality of life through evidence-based exercise. Holly has a strong belief that exercise is medicine, and is passionate about empowering her clients to take an active role in their health. With a background in gymnastics, Holly developed an interest with the human body and the way it moves which encouraged her ongoing interest in biomechanics, movement patterns. Holly has an interest in working with musculoskeletal conditions, neurological disorders, and metabolic health. Outside of work, Holly enjoys staying active, reading, and spending quality time with her partner and Rottweiler, Daisy.

Exercise PhysiologistLuke has recenlty joined the Exercise Physiology team. He graduated in 2023 with Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology and is passionate about helping veterans improve their health and quality of life. He takes an evidence-based, client-centered approach, tailoring exercise and rehabilitation programs to each individual's goals. Outside of work, Luke enjoys home renovations, gardening, and spending time with his son. He is committed to helping people achieve lasting improvements in health, function, and wellbeing.
Akshita goel
Exercise PhysiologistAkshita remains a valued part of the team and currently only available Saturdays. Akshita made the move to Townsville from India and brings over 5 years of experience in physiotherapy and exercise and sports physiology. An avid researcher, she’s passionate about advancing her field and helping people move better and feel stronger. Akshita has worked with a diverse range of clients, including athletes, army personnel and the general population. Outside of work, Akshita loves photography and singing as well as exploring North Queensland with her partner.

OsteopathDamien is one of our dedicated Osteopaths and has been a key part of the team for the past two years. Originally from the Gold Coast, he made the move to North Queensland to continue his career. Damien is passionate about helping patients overcome pain, improve movement, and return to the activities they enjoy. He has a particular interest in the management of chronic pain, back pain, and sporting injuries. His treatment approach incorporates traditional osteopathic techniques alongside dry needling and cupping therapy, allowing him to tailor treatment to each patient's individual needs and goals. Outside of the clinic, you'll often find Damien on the golf course or out cycling.
Originally from New Zealand, Colette made the move to Australia with her partner and has been a valued member of the team for over a year. She takes a patient-centred approach to treatment, combining hands-on osteopathic techniques with education and tailored management plans to achieve long-lasting results. She enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Outside the clinic, Colette enjoys making the most of the Queensland lifestyle, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her partner and dogs.

Phillip murray
OsteopathPhillip Murray is a Osteopath holding a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) and Bachelor of Health Science from RMIT University who has recently relocated to Townsville. Before completing his osteopathy degrees, Phil spent eight years as a qualified soft tissue therapist, giving him a depth of hands-on experience to take a thorough, whole-body approach to care with a strong interest in complex and long-standing musculoskeletal conditions, utilising dry needling and myofascial cupping alongside traditional osteopathic techniques. Phil has a background in fitness and performance, making him a natural fit within the No Boundaries community.

Remedial Massage TherapistRadka has been working as a Remedial Massage Therapist for 17 years and originally comes from the Czech Republic, where she worked as an Occupational Therapist, Remedial Massage Therapist and Spiral Stabilization instructor.
She genuinely enjoys helping people reduce pain, move more comfortably and feel better in their bodies. Radka takes a personalised approach to every client and loves seeing people get back to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of work, Radka absolutely loves winter (and is definitely suffering through the Townsville summer!), spending time outdoors and is a huge dog lover — with three dogs so far!

Sam has completed his Cert III and IV in Fitness and is now studying his Allied Health Assistance certificate. When he’s not helping clients, you’ll usually find him in the gym lifting weights, watching or playing rugby league, or spending time with his partner and their son. He’s passionate about health, family, and supporting people to reach their goals.

ReceptionistOur wonderful receptionist, Pypr has four years of experience in customer service and is passionate about using the skills she has gained to ensure every patient feels welcomed and supported. Pypr is the friendly face behind the desk and always ready to help clients out with any queries. Outside of work, Pypr enjoys relaxing at home, playing games with friends and taking her dog, Pebbles for walks.
